Create your profile in minutes; set your languages, skills/specialties and rate.
Upload your documents
Your identity and professional documents are reviewed during the review process, visible only to the verification team.

Is registration paid?
No. Registration, verification and listing are completely free.
Do you take a commission?
No. We take no cut from the rate you agree with the family; the amount is paid to you.
Who sets my rate?
You do. You set your hourly rate in your profile and update it whenever you like.
How do I get paid?
Preregistration requires no payment. In-app payments are not currently offered; available features will be explained at launch.
Is a criminal record certificate required?
It is not mandatory; if you provide one it is marked on your profile as a trust signal and families are more likely to choose you.
How long does verification take?
Identity and document review is usually completed during the review process. Your profile is not listed on the marketplace until it is approved.
Which of my details are visible to families?
Your name, city/district, skills, languages, experience, rate and rating are visible. Your phone number and reference contact details are never public; messaging runs through the app.
What if I do not find work?
The more complete your profile, the higher you appear in the list — a photo, an introduction video and a verified reference make the biggest difference. You are notified when a new care listing opens in your city.
How do I remove my profile?
You can switch off marketplace visibility from your account or delete your account entirely; a deletion request is concluded within 30 days at the latest.
