How are caregivers verified?
Every caregiver profile goes through identity verification and reference checks; verified profiles carry a badge. A criminal record certificate is optional.
Is an appointment request paid?
No. Sending an appointment request is completely free; payment is taken only when the appointment is confirmed.
Are payments currently offered?
Preregistration requires no payment. In-app payments are not currently offered.
Which phones does the app support?
WellFamily is available for iPhone on the App Store. Requires iOS 15.1 or later; Android preregistration remains open.
