WellFamily is built so an older relative can stay safely in their own home instead of moving into a care facility. The patient side uses large type, high contrast and single-tap controls, and shows only a few options at a time so someone with failing eyesight or memory does not get lost. The help button stays reachable from every screen.
You do not need to call all day to know how your relative is doing. The family screen brings the day into one view; when something matters the app tells you, and when it does not, it stays quiet. The goal is to reassure the family without limiting the elder's independence — notification when it counts, not constant surveillance.
Medication times are the first thing to slip in elderly care. The app sends reminders, records what was taken and gives the family a weekly adherence view. "Did they take it today?" becomes a matter of record rather than guesswork, and you arrive at the doctor with a concrete history.
Families looking for a caregiver can browse identity-verified profiles by city, skill and rating; physicians are listed by specialty and city. Conversations, agreements and payment run through the app, while the rate is agreed directly between family and caregiver. Searching and messaging are free for families.
Families in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria and many other countries use WellFamily to arrange care for their parents in Türkiye from a distance. You can search caregivers, doctors and partner hospitals by country and city, stay in touch with whoever provides care on the ground, and keep up with what happens despite the time difference.
