Terms of Use

1. Scope of the service

WellFamily is an intermediary service provider operated by Kolay Tech Mobility LLC that connects families with independent caregivers and physicians. The platform is not the employer of the caregivers and physicians listed on it; it does not provide healthcare, and the information in profiles is not a substitute for medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number (112 in Türkiye).

2. Accounts

Membership is free. You are responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of your account details. Caregiver and physician accounts are subject to verification; an account may be suspended if a false statement is found.

3. Appointments, agreements and payments

WellFamily for iOS is available on the App Store. Preregistration is free; in-app payments and escrow are not currently offered. Terms for available services will be shared separately.

4. Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

In distance service contracts the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract was concluded, without giving a reason. You can send the withdrawal notice from inside the app or to destek@wellfamily.app; the amount collected is refunded within 14 days of the notice reaching us.

Where performance of the service has begun with the consumer's consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the portion already performed, and it ends entirely once the service has been fully performed. Cancellations made before care begins are refunded in full.

For as long as the payment is held by the platform pending completion of the service, WellFamily is jointly liable with the caregiver or physician for refunding it.

5. Liability

The platform is not a party to the service relationship between the parties and, despite its verification processes, does not guarantee the ultimate accuracy of statements made in profiles. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect damages.

6. Changes and dispute resolution

These terms may be updated; material changes are announced by e-mail.

For disputes under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502, provincial or district consumer arbitration committees at the consumer's or our place of residence have jurisdiction below the monetary threshold announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and consumer courts above it. For disputes with users who are not consumers, the courts of the Republic of Türkiye and Turkish law apply.
