About us
WellFamily was founded so that older people can live safely in their own homes — with family support, community and technology — instead of moving into a care facility. Our aim is to ease the uncertainty familiar to anyone arranging a relative's care from a distance: "Are they all right right now?"
What we do
WellFamily for iOS is available on the App Store. Use it for care coordination, reminders and family sharing. Today you can use the web care guides and preregister for free. Preregistration does not provide health monitoring, fall monitoring or emergency response.
Our principles
Privacy is consent-based: the individual knows what is shared and with whom, and can switch it off at any time. Caregiver and physician profiles go through verification, and in-app payments are not currently offered. We use technology to make visits and phone calls better, not to replace them.
