The app and website are in Turkish and English; family members can use different languages.
Who can see the health data?
Only people you consent to: the caregiver you choose, the physician you approve and family members. Access is enforced at the database layer.
What if I have a problem with the caregiver?
Platform messaging is recorded; the profile-report mechanism and our support team are available.
