Know the legal basics
- Minijob (capped at €520) is common for part-time support; beyond the cap, socially insured employment is required.

- If there is a care grade (Pflegegrad), Pflegekasse benefits and the Verhinderungspflege budget may apply — don't leave entitlements unused.
